The Pepper Report details all of the findings during its investigation into Baylor University.
If you didn’t think Baylor was in a heap of trouble before, today’s events will certainly change your mind. Just days after the school removed president Ken Starr from his post, they fired head football coach Art Briles and the details surrounding the situation are somewhat disturbing.
The Pepper Report details the school’s findings of sexual assault and was released on Thursday. The report from Pepper Hamilton LLP said that the football team had committed multiple violations of the Title IX act.
The biggest violation they committed was when they failed to take swift and proper action in response to “reports of sexual assault and
dating violence reportedly committed by football players.”

It is certainly going to be interesting to see what happens to Briles over the next few months. It will also be interesting to see exactly what the NCAA will do to punish this team.
