While Kobe Bryant’s career on the basketball court may have just ended, it looks like his career on the silver screen is just beginning. He is taking his talents up the road to Hollywood as he will make a cameo appearance in the remake of “Ghostbusters.”
The movie is scheduled to release later this year with an all-female lead cast headlined by Melissa McCarthy. Kobe busts out his Black Mamba persona to help the team fight some ghosts at one point in the movie and it looks awesome.
The sequel to “Space Jam” is scheduled to come out some time next year with LeBron James in the leading role. Could we see Bryant break out his acting chops and take back to the hardwood one more time?
Well, that probably depends on how well he does with this movie, which is set to be one of the summer’s biggest hits, first. The movie is slated to release on July 15.
