FOX Sports college football analyst Clay Travis isn’t afraid of miffing a large group of fans, especially when it comes to the Big Ten. He was at it again late Sunday night when he took Twitter and trolled the conference when it comes to them competing in college football.
He stayed relevant when it comes to the sports world right now, comparing the league to the Cleveland Cavaliers, saying that they seem to dominate every year, but get outshined on the biggest stage, which isn’t too untrue.
The Cavs are to the NBA what the Big Ten is to college football just about every year: outclassed title frauds.

Of course, fans of the Big Ten weren’t too happy with Travis’s comments about the Big Ten as they started bashing him and throwing different facts. However, the analyst seems to know his stuff as he would throw more facts right back at them.
The Big Ten has 2.5 national titles in football in the past 44 years. https://t.co/WgF10XE0kq

Against the SEC? 75% of the time in title game or playoff. 2006 and 2007 in title games and last year in playoff. https://t.co/BrIXQ0OuOj

The Big Ten only has three national championships in the last two decades, while the SEC has brought home more than triple that number since. Of course, the conference isn’t suffering any kind of drought since the Ohio State Buckeyes won the inaugural College Football Playoff in 2014.
However, if the conference goes back to their losing ways, especially after Michigan State got shut out by Alabama last year, you could expect Travis to continue his trolling all over Twitter.
