With the problems offensive tackle Cam Robinson has had for Alabama this offseason, the team certainly hopes their newest addition to the team will work out much better. Four-star junior college offensive tackle Elliot Baker has announced his commitment to the Crimson Tide.
Baker will join Alabama for the 2017 season and should end up being a huge piece of their offensive line. He is currently a member of the City College of San Francisco Rams football team and is the top-ranked JUCO player in the state of California.

This is a big pickup for Alabama, who already have one of the top recruiting classes for next year. Adding the six-foot-seven, 295-pound Baker is certainly going to help them out going forward.
There is still no indication on if Robinson will be able to play this year after being charged with felony firearms possession. So, the Tide could struggle to protect their quarterback before Eliot Baker arrives on campus next year.
