Draymond Green to watch Game 5 from O.co Coliseum

On Sunday, it was announced that Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will be suspended for Game 5 after striking Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James in the groin during Friday’s Game 4.

Not only can he not play in the game, he won’t be allowed to attend the game either.

ESPN’s Marc Stein reported that Green has to leave Oracle Arena two hours before the game begins. He will watch the game at a suite in Oakland Alameda Coliseum and will be able to join his team for any postgame ceremonies if the Warriors win the championship tonight.

Despite the team pushing to allow him in the Oracle, Draymond Green would likely face a hefty fine if he is in the arena. He will likely be missed by the Warriors tonight, but they have a good chance at winning their second straight title.

The Warriors and Cavaliers take the court at 9 p.m. EST on ESPN.
