Winston was a guest at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ fourth annual “Cut for a Cure” event, when he welcomed a 7-year-old cancer survivor named Josh to the stage.
The Pro Bowl quarterback had Josh shave his head to give him a slick new ‘do.

Winston, along with dozens of teammates and staff members, got haircuts on the stage to raise awareness for pediatric cancer with proceeds going to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
