Don’t expect to see the Florida State Seminoles join the growing satellite camp craze anytime soon.
During the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp on Friday, Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher discussed satellite camps with the media and made it very clear that his program would not be hosting any camps and that his staff would not travel to participate in any.
Tomahawk Nation’s David Visser shared Fisher’s quote from the media scrum.
Jimbo Fisher says #FSU will neither hold satellite camps nor send assistants to others. Says "We're satelliting right here in Tallahassee."

Jimbo Fisher is in the state that produces plenty of college football talent and the Seminoles continuously produce top-rated recruiting classes. So why go the extra mile if you already have a system in place that’s working just fine?
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
