Your college roots always run deep, and the traditions and rivalries you come across during your collegiate careers will always stick with you for the rest of your life. However, sometimes you have to switch over to the other side in the name of a good cause.
That was the case for Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas and Atlanta Falcons linebacker Philip Wheeler.
The two former Georgia Tech football stars came together at a Make A Wish charity event for James Wallace, Merrill Lynch and Thomas Davis, when they went to the other side of their fierce in-state rivalry to do the old Georgia Bulldogs tradition, “Call the Dawgs.”
