Video: Michael Sam goes off on Donald Trump

2016 Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump certainly has no problem drawing negative attention from people around the country.

It is pretty clear that former St. Louis Rams’ draft pick Michael Sam is one of the many that are against the candidate.

Sam recently spoke with TMZ and went off on Trump, calling him an “asshole” and saying “he’s not my ally.” His comments came after Trump opened up about the shootings in Orlando and showed his support for the LGBTQ community.

Michael Sam’s comments came after audio of Trump talking about his kiss with his then-boyfriend once he was drafted in 2014 resurfaced. The former SEC Defensive Player of the Year made it pretty clear that no matter what, Trump isn’t getting his vote.

Can you really blame Sam for being upset with Trump trying to gain favor with the LGBTQ community only after a terrible tragedy and just months before the November elections?
