Video: Hawaii’s Sheriff Drammeh drains 70-foot buzzer beater for Sweden

Hawaii’s Sheriff Drammeh is preparing for his sophomore season with the Warriors basketball program by competing for Sweden’s under-20 national team this summer.

Most recently during his campaign for Sweden, the Stockholm native dropped 13 points in a win over Great Britain.

The most impressive of Drammeh’s 13 points came when he nailed a 70-footer to beat the buzzer and give Sweden a 51-48 win over their opponents.

Check out the play below:

During his freshman campaign at Hawaii, Drammeh averaged just 1.7 points in 13.8 minutes per game. Hopefully for the Rainbow Warriors, Drammeh’s experience on the international level will lead to an improvement on the court moving forward.

Before returning to Hawaii, Drammeh will finish out his time with Sweden in the 2016 U20 European Championships which take place July 16-24 in Helsinki, Finland.
