Just when you didn’t think things could get worse for the Baylor Bears, it looks like it could be very soon. There are multiple reports that heir apparent to the starting quarterback job, Jarrett Stidham, is considering a transfer out of Waco.
Former ESPN Big 12 reporter David Ubben reported that Stidham could be looking at a transfer from Baylor in the near future.
He also reported that acting head coach Jim Grobe is aware and trying to persuade him to stay.
Talked to a few people around Baylor today. Not much clarity to the situation, but teammates are well aware he's mulling a decision.

A number of players have either de-committed or decided to transfer from Baylor ever since Art Briles was fired amidst a number sexual assault allegations against the school. Stidham might soon become the latest and the biggest blow for the Bears.
Jarrett Stidham was a four-star member of Baylor’s 2015 recruiting class and was the second-ranked dual-threat quarterback in the country. He played in 10 games, starting three, as a true freshman last year and threw for 1,265 yards and 12 touchdowns before suffering a season-ending broken ankle near the end of the year.
