Jameis Winston sheds 20 pounds in only a couple of months


We all remember the months-old photo.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, a look of determination on his face, set to throw a football, with a rope held by a trainer fastened comfortably around Winston’s mid-section, exposing a large amount of belly fat.

In the case you don’t remember, here’s the picture on the left of Winston, posted by his trainer Tim Grover, a couple of months ago as compared to the one on right depicting Winston in more recent days.

Grover has, apparently upon request from his followers, periodically been posting clips of Winston’s high-intensity workouts.

Here’s one showing Winston smashing a set of explosive lunges.

All the hard work has paid off for the sophomore signal-caller, who’s now looking to lead his Bucs to an improved season from last year, in which they finished a meager 6-10.

Winston threw for 4,024 yards and 22 touchdowns last year, in his rookie season.
