On Wednesday morning, reports surfaced that the Florida State Seminoles and West Virginia Mountaineers are nearing an agreement to open the 2020 college football season in Atlanta.
According to Mike Casazza of the Charleston Gazette-Mail, the final hangup in the deal for the 2020 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game is ticket allotment for both schools and the financial payouts for the parties involved.

If the meeting does come to fruition, it will mark the fourth time West Virginia and Florida State have met on the football field.
In the previous three meetings, the Seminoles have come out on top every time.
