It’s safe to say that Ohio State Buckeyes offensive lineman Robert Landers is buying into the program.
This weekend, Landers took to social media to show off his body transformation since arriving in Columbus. According to Landers, he has been able to drop eight pounds, while improving his body fat percentage severely inside of the weight room.
Landers, who now weighs 282 pounds, says he is down to 10.8 percent body fat and here is the incredible result which he posted on Facebook.
Ohio State strength and conditioning coach Mickey Marotti seems to be doing something right.
It will be interesting to see how this pays off with Landers’ performance on the field.
The Buckeyes kickoff their 2016 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 3 when they play host to Bowling Green.
