The Baylor Bears have completely changed their outlook on the 2016 season after the tumultuous summer they have had. After Art Briles was fired in June, a number of 2016 recruits decided to transfer, but that doesn’t mean they won’t be focused on this season.
On the offense, they have a number of weapons, including quarterback Seth Russell, who returns from a gruesome neck injury, and wide receiver KD Cannon, who takes over for the record-setting Corey Coleman.
The running backs are loaded as well, but have to run behind a pretty barren offensive line.
Defensively, the Bears have to replace Shawn Oakman, Andrew Billings and Xavien Howard, but they have some talented players in place to do so. Linebacker Taylor Young and an experienced secondary will certainly help the Bears out this year.
