Ohio State defensive line and assistant head coach Larry Johnson is a very passionate man.
His enthusiasm and love of the game is evident every weekend on the football field and every day at practice. This week, Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer pulled back the curtain and showed us just how passionate Johnson can be.
While addressing the team following practice, Johnson delivered a powerful speech urging the team to be elite.
“There’s no more average in this program,” Johnson said to his players. “There’s no more average in this program! That’s a bad word. Not in this program! I can name some programs that are average, but not The Ohio State University.”
