Suspect arrested in Sam Foltz’s brother robbery

On Sunday, it was reported that late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz’s brother’s house was robbed while he was attending the Cornhuskers’ season opener against Fresno State. However, it now looks like police have caught at least one culprit in the crime.

Joe Duggan of the Omaha World-Herald reported that one man had been arrested and he seems to be at least linked to the robbery, which is certainly a good thing for Jordan Foltz and the rest of his family involved.

Jordan Foltz and his family were at the Cornhuskers’ game Saturday night. The team honored Sam Foltz by lining up without a punter for their first punt of the game, for which they were given a delay of game penalty.

His brother posted on Facebook, saying that he believed the thieves planned the robbery to coincide with him not being home. He said the robbers stole a television worth $1400.
