Former Baylor head coach Art Briles sat down for his first extensive interview Saturday morning when he joined ESPN’s Tom Rinaldi on College GameDay. He seemed to get emotional when he talked about the sexual assault during his time with the Bears.
He talked about how he was “extremely sorry” for what happened under his watch at Baylor. He spent eight seasons with the team and in that stretch, a handful of players were arrested for sexual assault.
In this below video, Briles, to me, did not seem sincere in his apology and it is hard to imagine that any team would be willing to give him a shot again. You be the judge.

It will certainly be interesting to see if the former Bears’ head man will have another job on the horizon. But at least he seems sorry for what happened.
