Virginia Tech vs. Tennessee live stream, start time and TV info

One of the most unique atmospheres will be taking place Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday night, when the Virginia Tech Hokies and Tennessee Volunteers go head-to-head in the largest college football game ever, dubbed the Battle at Bristol.

The Hokies and Vols have not met in the regular season since 1937, but when they take the field on Saturday it is expected to be in front of a crowd of 150,000.

The previous attendance record for a college football game is 115,109, which game during a meeting between Michigan and Notre Dame at Michigan Stadium back in 2013.

Not only will this be an interesting game because of the atmosphere, it is an important one for both teams.

The Hokies got their season off to a hot start on opening weekend by thrashing Liberty, but now they face a much tougher challenge in Tennessee that will set the tone for their season. The Vols, meanwhile, are looking to prove the preseason buzz was deserved after struggling in the season-opener against Appalachian State.
