UFC 203 results: Stipe Miocic retains title with first-round KO

On Saturday night, the Ultimate Fighting Championship made its debut in Cleveland, Ohio with UFC 203: Miocic vs. Overeem.

In the main event, Cleveland native Stipe Miocic defended his heavyweight championship against combat sports veteran Alistair Overeem, while the co-main event featured a possible No. 1 contender bout with former title holder Fabricio Werdum taking on Travis Browne.

The pay-per-view card also featured the mixed martial arts debut of former WWE superstar Phil “CM Punk” Brooks, along with fan favorite Urijah Faber.

It was a thrilling night of fights at Quicken Loans Arena in front of a rowdy and sold out crowd.
