Wisconsin RB Corey Clement questionable for Week 3

Last season, Wisconsin running back Corey Clement missed most of the season with a sports hernia, which caused him to stay for his senior year instead of entering the 2016 NFL Draft. Now it seems he could be dealing with another injury this week.

It was reported that Clement has been listed as questionable on the undefeated Badgers’ official depth chart for their match-up against Georgia State this weekend. Clement suffered an ankle injury against Akron last weekend and it could affect his affect his chances of playing this weekend.

Clement leads the Badgers with 197 yards and three touchdowns on the ground so far this season. He has made a big impact for them so far this season and has nearly equaled his 2015 yardage total of 221 yards.

It will be interesting to see if Clement takes the field against the Panthers this weekend. Wisconsin hosts Georgia State in their final non-conference game of the year on Saturday at 12 noon EST on Big Ten Network.
