Oklahoma State wide receiver James Washington has picked up a national honor for his standout performance in Week 3 of the 2016 college football season.
On Tuesday, it was announced that Washington has been named The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award National Player of the Week.
The Cowboys pass catcher earned the honor for his Week 3 performance against the Pittsburgh Panthers. Washington finished the Oklahoma State win with nine receptions for 296 yards and two touchdowns.
In the first half, Washington recorded 231 yards, a single-half school record.
