For the most part, there is a kinship amongst coaches and they generally wish each other well on weeks that they aren’t facing off. Hugh Freeze, head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels, took that to the next level.
When speaking of the recent firing of fellow SEC coach Les Miles, Freeze said the decision by the Tigers left him”sick to his stomach.”
Hugh Freeze said he got literally sick to his stomach when he heard the news of Les Miles' firing.

Freeze went on to say Miles was “a heck of a football coach and an even better man”.
Les Miles was relieved of his duties at LSU after 11 seasons and a winning percentage of .770. However, starting the season at 2-2 and two previous years of sub-10 win seasons was enough to terminate his contract. The total cost of his buy out was approximately $10 million dollars. He is sure to be a hot name in the upcoming off season and should have plenty of options for employment.
The decision might have been delayed, though, if LSU had topped Auburn this past weekend. It would have been Gus Malzahn making Freeze to his stomach then.
