Last week, it was reported that Ohio State assistant coach Greg Schiano had been involved in a car accident that left a bicyclist injured. He has now been cited for the accident for failure to obey a traffic-control device, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
Luckily for the Buckeyes, Schiano will only have to pay a fine and the accident will not affect his status on the field. Head coach Urban Meyer sent his prayers to the student, who has been listed as in stable condition with a concussion.
Meyer: "I don't want to say much more than our prayers are with the young person" Schiano hit.

Schiano has an arraignment set for next week and his fines could reach upwards of $150 for both the citation and court fees. Whatever happens, everyone should be grateful that this incident wasn’t much worse.
The Buckeyes face off against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, ironically Schiano’s former team, this weekend. The two meet up on Saturday at noon ET.
