Oklahoma without two defensive starters vs. TCU

The Oklahoma Sooners face off against the TCU Horned Frogs in their first Big 12 game of the 2016 season. They look to avoid starting 1-3, but they will be without two big pieces of their defense as linebacker Tay Evans and defensive end Matt Dimon will both miss the game this weekend.

Both players will reportedly miss the game due to unspecified injuries suffered in the 45-24 loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes two weeks ago. Evans and Dimon both left in the second quarter and did not return for the second half of the game.

Evans has recorded nine tackles, while Dimon has recorded two tackles. Both players have recorded one tackle for a loss, while combining for five starts.

The Sooners and Horned Frogs meet up on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 5 p.m. EDT on FOX.
