Vin Scully has signed off for the final time.
On Sunday afternoon, Scully called the final game of his 67-year career as the voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers were wrapping up a three-game road series against the San Francisco Giants in the Bay Area.
After the final out, the Giants earned a 7-1 win and clinched a berth in the NL wild card game.
Then, Vin Scully made his final call.
“I have said enough for a lifetime,” Scully said. “And for the last time, I wish you a very pleasant good afternoon.”
