Video: Jourdan Lewis savagely trolls Michigan State on Twitter

The Michigan Wolverines were finally able to come away with a big win in a rivalry game under head coach Jim Harbaugh, by defeating Michigan State on Saturday afternoon.

Following the game, Michigan defensive back Jourdan Lewis sent out a video savagely trolling the Spartans.

Lewis, who wears No. 26 on the field, said in the video, “I’m not the only one wearing 2-6 on my chest,” a direct shot at Michigan State’s lackluster record this season.

After posting the video, Lewis was quick to delete it and he explained why. Unfortunately, in today’s day and age, once you press send your words are out there for the world to see.

And let’s be real, this is just a college athlete having some fun with a heated rival.

No harm, no foul.

Lewis should have just gone full heel and embraced the comments. After all, they were pretty brilliant. Michigan State fans may disagree, though.

The Wolverines return to action next weekend against the Maryland Terrapins in Ann Arbor. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
