After another weekend of college football, the playoff picture is beginning to look more clear. On Tuesday night, the second batch of College Football Playoff rankings were unveiled by the selection committee.
Making up the top four in this week’s poll was, much to the surprise of no one, Alabama, Clemson, Michigan and Washington.
Ohio State and Louisville are on the outside looking in.
Some of the biggest surprises in this week’s poll come in the SEC. After losing to Mississippi State, Texas A&M was able to miraculously remain in the top eight. LSU, however, which narrowly lost to Alabama, slid 11 spots to No. 24.
