Ex-Tennessee LB finds car vandalized with racial slurs after election

There has been a mixed bag of emotions for people all over the country today, following the news that Donald Trump is set to be the 45th President of the United State. Immediately, there was some concern that the negative rhetoric from Trump could lead to unfortunate events throughout the nation and it looks like it didn’t take long for one to pop up.

On Wednesday morning, former Tennessee linebacker Chris Weatherford took to Twitter to share a video of what he saw when he woke up in the morning.

Weatherford shared a video that shows him walking out his front door to his car which is covered in racial slurs and “Trump.”

There is no excuse for anything like this to happen.

Here is the video Weatherford posted.

This is disgusting and let’s hope that it is an isolated incident.

Emotions are running high, but in the end, we all need to remember that hatred and divide will accomplish nothing. In the end, we all want the same thing: a better country. Let’s work together to achieve that and speak out against incidents like this in the future.
