UNC football wearing all-black for Black Friday game

|

The UNC football team wraps up its 2016 regular season on Friday afternoon, playing host to the North Carolina State Wolfpack in Chapel Hill.

It’s also Black Friday, so while people are out shopping fighting for the best deals, the Tar Heels will be battling it out on the gridiron for their ninth win of the year.

But don’t think UNC isn’t aware of what day today is.

On Friday morning, Tar Heels equipment manager Jason Freeman took to Twitter to unveil the team’s uniform combination for today’s game and it will very much be in the “holiday” spirit as UNC marches out onto the field with some impressive all-black unis.

Check it out:

That’s one heck of a look for the regular-season finale.

Kickoff is set for noon ET on ESPN.
