Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson has been leading the Heisman Trophy race all season. The Cardinals star has put together a remarkable 2016 campaign, despite the team cooling off down the final stretch of the season.
On Monday night, Jackson was named one of the five Heisman finalists along with Oklahoma stars Baker Mayfield and Dede Westrbook, Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson and Michigan’s do-it-all man Jabrill Peppers.
On the season, Jackson threw for 3,390 yards, 30 touchdowns and nine interceptions. If that wasn’t impressive enough, the sophomore signal-caller added 1,538 yards and 21 touchdowns on the ground.
For those who missed out on Jackson’s dismantling of opposing defenses on a weekly basis, the ACC Digital Network has just the thing for you.
