Malik Zaire reportedly choosing between Wisconsin and UNC

Former Notre Dame quarterback Malik Zaire is nearing in on his next home.

According to a report from Scout.com, Zaire has narrowed down his decision to two schools. His father, Imani Zaire, told the website that the signal-caller’s finalists are the Wisconsin Badgers and North Carolina Tar Heels.

Zaire has reportedly made his decision, but we will have to wait to learn where he will land.

“He likes them both,” Imani Zaire told the recruiting website. “He’s made a decision, but he’s not willing to share it until Monday or Tuesday next week.”

Zaire will be making the move as a graduate transfer, so he will be eligible to play immediately in 2017.

Zaire saw very limited playing time during his career in South Bend, finishing with 816 passing yards, 324 rushing yards and eight total touchdowns.
