UFC commentator Joe Rogan is a firm believer in Ronda Rousey’s ability to make a successful return at UFC 207 on Friday night. Rousey, who lost the women’s bantamweight title to Holly Holm in November of last year, is set to take on current title holder Amanda Nunes in the main event.
While Nunes has been nothing but stellar in 2016, Rogan shared his thoughts on the upcoming main event and predicted that Rousey will return to the form we saw before she suffered her first career loss.
Specifically, Rogan says he “can’t imagine” Rousey not becoming a dominant fighter again.
“The type of champion that she was, as good as she was, as much as she dominated, I can’t imagine she’s not going to doing it again,” Rogan said in the latest Rousey promo for UFC 207. “That fire probably still burns, I just can’t imagine it doesn’t.”

UFC 207 takes place Friday, Dec. 30 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
If Rogan’s comments prove to be true, we should see UFC president Dana White putting the championship belt back around Rousey’s waist in a matter of days.
