In the second of ESPN’s three college football bowl games on a busy Thursday, the Arkansas Razorbacks and Virginia Tech Hokies face off in Charlotte, North Carolina in the always exciting Belk Bowl.
Known for its incredible social media account, the Belk Bowl also should provide some of the best action of the day as the SEC and ACC square off.
After starting the season 3-0, Arkansas alternated wins and losses for the remainder of the year. As a result, the Razorbacks’ last winning streak came in early September. Taking down No. 18 Virginia Tech to close out the 2016 campaign would allow things to end on a high note, after dropping the regular season finale to Missouri.
For Virginia Tech, meanwhile, a win over the Razorbacks would allow the Hokies to reach ten wins for the first time since 2011, when the team won the ACC Coastal Division.
