Clemson Transfer Scott Pagano Closing In On New Home

Earlier this month, Clemson defensive tackle Scott Pagano announced he would be pursuing a graduate transfer.

Now, he is reportedly closing in on his new home.

According to a report from 247Sports.comPagano has narrowed his list of potential new homes down to seven schools. The list features a number of prominent Power 5 programs.

The schools that are reportedly in the mix for Pagano are Arkansas, Cal, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas.

Last season, Pagano recorded 31 tackles and two sacks.

While there is no indication on what finalist Pagano will ultimately go with, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said at the time of his release that it was likely the Hawaii native would be looking to transfer to a school on the West Coast.

That’s good news for you, Cal and Oregon.
