During Tuesday night’s game between Ole Miss and Mississippi State, Rebels head coach Andy Kennedy allowed his emotions to get the best of him.
According to Robby Donoho of WCBI, Kennedy and a fan exchanged words following Ole Miss’ overtime victory — the 250th win of Kennedy’s career with the Rebels — and the head coach had to be exchanged.
The fan reportedly called Kennedy “a joke” which set him off.

Photos from the locker room, however, showed that Kennedy was more worried about enjoying his team’s victory and celebrating with his players once he finally made his way off the court.
Ole Miss returns to action on Saturday afternoon against the lowly Missouri Tigers in Oxford.
Tip-off is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on the SEC Network.
