Christian McCaffrey Bench Press: Stanford RB Struggles With 10 Reps

|

The Christian McCaffrey bench press results were underwhelming.

McCaffrey was one of the most versatile players in college football during his time with the Stanford Cardinal, but when he attempted to show off his strength pushing up 225-pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, he struggled to impress.

When his time on the bench was done, McCaffrey finished with just ten reps.

He struggled throughout the entirety of his session.

Here is the video:

Most of the other top running backs put up around 15-20 reps. Oklahoma’s Samaje Perine recorded 30.

It’s safe to say McCaffrey has some work to do during the on-field drills to make up for his lackluster performance on the bench.
