LeBron James Jr. had something of a leg up on the competition from the get-go.
With a pedigree of the highest order, Jr. has all the hereditary head-start the universe can offer. It doesn’t appear that he is resting on his laurels, though. His new highlight reel is impressive from start to finish.
At just 12 years old, the Cleveland Cavaliers star’s son is dominating everyone.
Jr. looks like he got all of his daddy’s passing skills. D-Wade looks like he has imparted a little euro-step knowledge on the youngster while they were bonding in Miami, too.
You have to figure LeBron James didn’t go down to the local park and sign him up to play with the neighborhood kids. The competitions is probably tops for the 12-year-old crowd and LBJ’s kid already seems like he is a cut above the competition.
If the young man puts the work in, there is no telling what he might become.
Of course, people thought the same thing about Michael Jordan’s kid for a number of years, and that didn’t really pan out the way we thought it would. Surprisingly enough, the sons of basketball superstars rarely live up to their fathers success. Jr. might break the mold if he keeps working as hard as he appears to be working.
