VIDEO: The Rock Appears In Hilarious WWE Spoof On SNL

Dwayne Johnson made his fame by appearing as “The Rock” in WWE. The brazen, ultra-confident persona help vault Dwayne Johnson to a successful film and television career.
Years later, he’s one of the most recognizable names in the entertainment industry.
Most refreshing, it appears he hasn’t forgotten where he’s come from. Making an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night, Johnson appeared as a wrestler filming a promo for a joint promo upcoming match.
Playing alongside Bobby Moynihan, Johnson takes increasingly personal attacks at Moynihan as the sketch progresses.

Pretty classic setup, and both players delivered. Johnson gets to show some of his old wrestling chops, and gets the perfect partner in SNL veteran Moynihan. Earlier this week, it was announced Moynihan would be leaving SNL at the end of the season. He’ll surely be missed for his commitment to every sketch he appeared in.
Above all, we’ll miss the Drunk Uncle. (Though it hasn’t been the same since Seth Meyers left Weekend Update).
Last nights episode was one of the best in some time, check it out when you get the chance. It’s worth the watch.
