Tiger Woods’ arrest video was released earlier in the week, but now we are getting a clearer look into his state of mind with the Jupiter Police Department releasing video from Woods’ booking and breathalyzer tests.
Woods was arrested for driving under the influence on the morning of Memorial Day after he was found asleep at the wheel of his car.
Breathalyzer results show Woods did not have alcohol in his system.
Instead, Woods claims that the incident all rose from an unexpected complication from prescription medication. Whatever the cause was, it left Woods nearly unable to stand and in a complete state of confusion. Woods continued to nod off throughout the process.
That’s very difficult to watch. Luckily, no one was hurt.
For Woods, he will have to face the consequences of his poor decision to get behind the wheel that night. Perhaps this can also reignite a much-needed conversation about the potentially dangerous side effects of prescription medicine.
