PHOTO: Al Pacino As Joe Paterno For HBO Film

Last month, it was reported that Barry Levinson was set to film an HBO drama featuring former Penn State football coach Joe Paterno, who would be played by Al Pacino.
We haven’t heard much about the film since it was initially announced, but now we have a first-look at Pacino portraying Paterno for the upcoming film.
On Sunday, HBO sent out a photo that shows a remarkable resemblance between the actor and coach.
Check it out:

“The film centers on Joe Paterno, who, after becoming the winningest coach in college football history, is embroiled in Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal, challenging his legacy and forcing him to face questions of institutional failure regarding the victims,” HBO said in a statement, via Deadline.com.
There is currently no release date set for the film.
