The Sacramento Kings have had to find non-basketball ways to keep their lives interesting over the past dozen years.
One of them is to flex their intelligence over unsuspecting Los Angeles Lakers fans who hope that a hip-hop icon and a fictional character that has been dead for several seasons.
On Monday, the Sacramento Kings posted a video on the twitter asking Lakers fans if they were excited about unheralded rookies Sean Carter and Ned Stark. The catch is that Sean Carter is the birth name of Jay-Z, and Ned Stark is a fictional character from the series Game of Thrones.

To the credit of those Laker fans, none of them said anything that so specific that it was clear they were flat out lying. Most of them kept it pretty vague, and focused on the team as a whole.
The fella who started to brag about being a diehard fan has some egg on his face though.
