Four-Star QB Brevin White Chooses Princeton Over Power 5 Offers

Four-star quarterback Brevin White has made his college decision.
On Tuesday night, the 6-foot-2 pro-style quarterback announced he would be committing to the Princeton football program. The move came as a bit of a surprise, considering White had offers from a number of top Power 5 programs.
White had been offered from schools like Arizona State, Auburn, Oregon State, Tennessee and Washington.
The No. 11-ranked pro-style quarterback prospect announced his commitment on social media.

“Princeton is an opportunity that I couldn’t pass up,” White said in an interview with ESPN.com .
“I wanted a school that was strong in football and academically. It is the perfect mix in my eyes. They won the Ivy League last year, and coach [Bob] Surace has something special over there. They’re a winning program, and all of the football aspects make sense. Not to mention you’re getting the best education while playing the sport you love. It is something I want to be apart of, and I couldn’t let it pass me by.”
This is a major get for the Tigers. It’s also great to see a young man putting his education on the same level as his athletic career.
