Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill had said he was 100 percent recovered from an MCL and ACL injury that he suffered last season. Unfortunately, he may be in for another long recovery.
During Thursday’s practice at Dolphins training camp, Tannehill was scrambling to the sideline when he went down in a heap of pain.
Tannehill planted his left foot, when his left knee appeared to buckle.
The quarterback immediately pulled his leg off of the ground before falling to the turf. Video of the play has since surfaced on social media. Check it out:

Miami has not provided an update on Tannehill’s status.
It’s always frightening to see a player go down with a non-contact injury and, while there is no official update from the team, reports are surfacing that the Dolphins are fearing a worst case scenario.
I’m told the Dolphins are hoping for the best (obviously) after Tannehill is examined but same source tells me team fearing the worst.

With Tannehill injured and the Dolphins reportedly fearing the worst, you know what that means…

Could it happen? We’ll just have to wait and see.
