Ric Flair was recently in San Diego, Calif. for the Ringside Collectibles event at Comic Con. While he was there, Noelle Foley caught up to the Nature Boy to ask him a few questions.
While he touched on the book that he co-authored with his daughter, and the advancements Charlotte has made for women in the WWE, he spoke most glowingly of what she could do in the Octagon.
Flair might be drumming up some press for Charlotte after comments that she could give Rousey “all she could want” if they were to meet in an actual fight. Rousey, who retired from the UFC after suffering her second consecutive loss hasn’t addressed the comments directly. But Flair says that Charlotte wants to wrestle Rousey, and with six months of training with a “really good martial arts instructor,” Charlotte would at least make the fight more compelling than the upcoming McGregor-Mayweather fight.
“She’s bigger and stronger”, Flair said of his daughter.
Flair couldn’t help but gush with pride with what his daughter has accomplished. Only five years into her wrestling career, Charlotte Flair has made huge inroads to the world of WWE for women.
