This is the time of year that we see these kinds of videos flood social media. It’s become a game of one-upmanship in who can be most creative, and inventive in how they make a young mans dream come true.
Minnesota football coach P.J. Fleck put in a strong bid in his awarding fifth-year kicker Justin Juenemann a scholarship this year.
Juenemann has yet to appear in a game with the Golden Gophers, but if he does, it’ll be as a scholarship athlete for the first time in his life.
The "Row The Boat" Culture is all about serving & giving!! Congrats to @JustinJuenemann on EARNING his scholarship!! https://t.co/fguiiyt5tY

Fleck appears to be very high on his Golden Gophers squad this season. In his first year coaching in the Big Ten, he feels that Minnesota has the potential to surprise a lot of college football pundits this season.
Fleck appears to be a master at building a supportive, successful environment around his football program. If it leads to wins the way it did at Western Michigan, don’t be surprised if he uses Minnesota as a jumping off point to an even bigger coaching opportunity.
