The Texas A&M football team kicks off the season with a big road game in California against the UCLA Bruins. They’re mixing things up from the jump with a new uniform design.
While the university and adidas are playing their cards close to the vest, they released a teaser promo via the Adidas Football Twitter handle on Monday.
The shots go flying by so quickly that it’s hard to tell exactly what you’re looking at.
That’s the point, of course, as they try to keep A&M fans guessing ahead of the actual reveal on Aug. 17.

Of course, Aggies fans will be happy to watch the team play in their old uniforms so long as they are winning football games. The Aggies have gone three straight years with 8-5 finishes and can’t seem to get over the hump in the SEC. They’ve lost their bowl game the last two seasons, and Kevin Sumlin’s seat is as hot as can be for a coach with a .677 winning percentage in the toughest conference in the country.
Maybe the uniforms will spur the team to victory. Maybe it will become another thing for Aggies fans to criticize while their team loses to better programs.
