During today’s game between the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals, we learned that a super human being was serving as a cameraman.
With seconds remaining in the first half, Lions kicker Matt Prater lined up for a 58-yard field goal.
Prater drilled the ball right between the uprights, but the ball took a bit of a detour before falling to the ground. After going over the cross bar, the ball went directly into the groin of the cameraman filming the action.
The most miraculous part was that the man didn’t even flinch.
This cameraman took a booming kick from 58 yards out right to his man region and continued to do his job like nothing ever happened. That’s a real American hero.

How the cameraman didn’t even flinch after taking a field goal to the groin is something that we will never be able to comprehend. Kudos to you, though, Mr. Balls of Steel.
The Lions narrowly trail the Cardinals, 17-15, at the end of the third quarter.
