The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Japan on Friday night, with UFC Fight Night 117 at Saitama Super Arena.
In the main event, light heavyweights Ovince Saint Preux and Yushin Okami go head-to-head. Saint Preux enters this weekend’s matchup as the No. 6-ranked fighter in the light heavyweight division, while Okami will enter the Octagon in front of his fellow countrymen unranked.
In the co-main event, strawweight contenders Jessica Andrade and Claudia Gadelha square off.
The main card also features the legendary Takanori Gomi, who takes on “Maestro” Dong Hyun Kim, the debut of Gokhan Saki and appearances by Teruto Ishihara, Mizuto Hirota, Keita Nakamura, Ulka Sasaki and more.
