The FBI investigation that stormed the world of college basketball is leaving a path of destruction in its wake. One of the first, and most notable casualties of the investigation was Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino.
After being identified in the investigation as “Coach No. 2” in an allegation that involved a $100,000 bribe to land a five-star prospect, he’s become the butt of a lot of jokes.
ESPN College GameDay host Rece Davis may have just topped the list.
Two weeks ago, Rick Pitino joined College GameDay as a guest to help predict the outcomes of the game. GameDay showed a graphic during the show detailing the record of the top four celebrity pickers to make an appearance.
Pitino was No. 4 on the list, but Davis couldn’t pass up the chance to roast him.

“Coach Pitino is fourth in picks, well actually he’s No. 2”, Davis said.
Zing.
What the future holds for Rick Pitino, nobody knows. Right now he’s earned himself the table of someone who willfully can’t keep his basketball program within the construct of the rules. He barely survived a scandal that involved securing escorts for players and recruits. Now this.
